The Deluxe Edition only works for the account on which you made the purchase. Even if it was a physical purchase, you get the code and get the content only on the account where you redeemed it.

This wasn't the way for Battlefront 1 or for PvZ GW2. I bought deluxe versions and the bonus content was available to other accounts as well.
PvZ GW2 had the same problem with the pre-order.
