Missing Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition items (PS4)

I bought the Deluxe version of Battlefront 2 on the European Playstation store 15th November but didn't have a chance to play it until 17th of November.

When I started the game there was no deluxe items at all, no crates, nothing.

There is nothing more to download and I bought the game on the same account which I play on. I friend of mine bought it the same way but received all the content.

Can this issue please be resolved as I already payed for the extra content? Have tried restarting the game, the Playstation, and reinstalling the game but still nothing is there.
