Logging in should not be impossible, but here we are...

I play this game on Xbox mostly. My dad has a PS4, and i have a PS5. He purchased this game to play it, and used my PSN account. My EA account is my Xbox login. I never used an Email, or if i did, it REFUSES to send me verification code.

I have tried to login with a "verified device" which is my old Xbox One S. I play on my Series X now, so im extremely confused. Furthermore, the email i use for Xbox was unable to receive Emails for over a month, as i am in between jobs, and my microsoft drive was 700% full. I pulled everything out of my one drive, and put it on my Galaxy today, so now im under my 15 Gb. I dont know if i cant receive emails for 24 hours, because i JUST cleared the space on my one drive, but i sure as heck hate that i cant use an alternate method to log in.

Is there an alternate way to contact support, or do i need to do this weird forum thing? The only thing i can find leads me here.
