Missing First Order Victory Crate

With The Last Jedi season ended. As far as i am aware, if you pick the First Order and complete all the challenges you should receive a First Order Victory Crate. I did pick the First Order and did all challenges but did not receive a First Order Victory Crate. I only got a Celebration Crate. I have talked to people at EA and they have said they are working on it and to post on the forums so 'specialists' can see directly. Anyone else have the same problem and is there anything i can do to fix it? Thanks

    We are aware of the issue with Missing First Order Victory Crate and something we are investigating for the moment, unfortunately I don't have a time frame when the issue will be fixed for the moment but as soon as we get one, we will update it here.

    Well, it'll be nice to have it fixed. Of course I'd like the game fixed for all of us over a missing crate. Way too long to still be suffering with stuttering, lag, crash to desktop, lock ups/freezes, BSOD.... You name it.

    Mine was there for a minute.. Wouldn't let me open it and gave some error... Next time I was on my menu, I had no crate anymore... It's gone.

    : I opened a daily login crate, not the first order victory crate. It was there the previous night, I tried to open it, the game paused for like 20 secs then errored out and told me it could not open it and to try later. I then played some more rounds, after which it was no longer there and its never been back since. You told me the problem was fixed yesterday morning and to check, so I logged in and there was only a daily login crate there... Which I opened. That's all that occurred. So, I'm really confused why you're telling me I opened it when I only ever tried to once... And your game had a problem and wouldn't and told me to try again later.. Then it disappeared.

    Edit: Atic showed me that when I opened it, it actually worked... Despite the error... And gave me the cards just the same. Thanks for the follow through.
