Missing hero/villain cards

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Palpatine,Vader,Luke and one of the Falcons are disabled in the collection menu. Also it locked my pre order skin for kylo Ren making it unusable. It got rid of some of my epic cards which is an issue because they take a very long time to earn. Rey's pre order skin still works, the pre order cards don't. Kylo got reset back to zero but he still has an epic card equipped in the third slot. All troops, ships, heroes, and villains have been reset to level zero. It locked almost all my star cards so I'm basically restarting the game when I've been playing since launch. I actually enjoyed this game despite it's flaws but I'm done playing if this isn't fixed soon.
