Hi, Upon update.. mouse and keyboard cannot be detect in SWBF2 I have been playing it since launch.. How to fix this issues? Controller do work but not mouse and keyboard? try uninstall alot of times..
One of the solutions to mouse and keyboard not responding is Team Viewer. If you have Team Viewer, Logme In or any remote software, it interferes witht the USB drivers on SWBF II. Simply disable them on the menu bar...and all will be good
I had the same problem just today; i figured out that is the discord's overlay that is causing the issue! I solved by setting the overlay disabled
For me, the issue was the Origin in-game overlay, EA's own game delivery service. I can hardly believe this is an issue over a year after release. I guess that's why the game was so heavily discounted.
The solution for me was to open Origin, before launching the game, click the "Settings" cogwheel icon next to the play button, then click "Game Properties". From there, uncheck the Origin in-game overlay. Save, and that will get you past the first boss aka the main menu.
For what it's worth, others have reported that TeamViewer can interfere with this. I have mine running and it's not causing any issues.
