Issue: Mouse moving up on it's own during Star Wars Battlefront 2 menus

Things tried: Turned off all overlays, updated drivers, tried with a different mouse, tried on a different screen.

As for the issue, do you have a controller plugged in when you are launching the game? If so can you disconnect it and then launch the game again to see if the issue remains.

I swear the community knows more than the actual people that work there. Go to the Origin Client>Game Library>Battlefront 2>settings wheel>Repair. Should work fine.
