Hey EA_David, I agree with PFC_Jackson_1944. I have the same exact issue on PC, you get into a MP game and get to the map loaded to get booted back to the home screen and then receive an error screen. Ive also Repaired the game in origin, 4 times. Nothing's changing....

If you turn your settings way down does that have any effect? It shouldn't, but it's worth checking.
As another thing that likely wont help but is worth trying, can you power cycle your router?
If neither of these have an effect, I'm curious if you have a chance to try play the game on another connection/system, or have a friend try to play on your system. That should help to determine if the issue is account or system based.

The Problem is with your servers not with the customers end, how about giving us some real advice instead of trying make us do all the trouble shooting for you.

@EA_David same issue, now receiving error 721 almost constantly when I hit "connect" after being disconnected. Any other thoughs?

Thanks again. FYI 672 and 721 are generic "cannot connect" messages so unfortunately they're not too useful.
@AussieRogue From the information I have there don't appear to be any widespread outages, so that suggests there are local or even potentially network issues.
As for tests, if you have any other EA games i'd like to see if you can connect to them, as a test. You may also want to perform a Clean Boot, and remove/re-add your game to your security exceptions lists. This would be in case there are changes to 3rd party software that's having an effect on the game. Again this is unlikely but it's possible.
Sometimes we do see localized connection issues, so can I ask your approximate location and ISP? If we see a cluster of people from the same place then that may indicate such an outage.

Nothing is helping and as mentioned previously, everything worked great before the last patch. I've just tried turning off/on my modem/router, dumbing down the video, turning dx12 on - then back off. I also tried Heroes vs Villians, Blast, and Strike... none will let me in a match either. Only Starfighter Assault works and lets me in a game.

Yea this is interesting. I'm getting cloud sync issues, and I cant even get into starfighter assault. I get general connection errors. This is bunk =\

I've cycled the cloud saves setting too... no help.

As of a few minutes ago, I can actually get past the character select screen, match about to boot then it crashes. Maybe some hot-fixing in progress?

Well, I got mine working by uninstalling and re-installing the game... no progress was lost. Lol!!

Thats good to hear man! Very hit and miss with players. I reinstalled to no avail... ☹️
