    I found (2) solutions, both not cheap.  I bought a new router (Asus Rog Rapture GT-AX11000) and VPN worked. Did not contact my ISP provider.  The new router fixed the issue

The solution there would be for them to assign a static IP for each of the devices you want to play the game with. I can't say this would work for sure, but would be worth trying, if you can.

Getting a new router may fix the issue, but I doubt it.

I don't think "multiple devices in the same household" was a primary use case when DICE made the game.
