Music bug in Heroes vs Villains

Summarize your bug Sound, specifically music was not playing in Heroes vs Villains. There was also a sound delay at the start of the matches where there was no sound. The SFX kicked in once gameplay started. Also, on my last match of the night, I was playing Kylo Ren and the character didn't appear at all on screen, just the lightsaber. And I couldn't move. So I just dropped out of that match.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Only noticed it on Heroes vs Villains. In the match ups, I was only ever on the Dark Side. Not sure if the same effect would have occurred if I had played light side.
What happens when the bug occurs? Only SFX in Heroes vs Villains matches, no music.
What do you expect to see? I'm used to hearing the music.

This is the first time this has happened, so I'm guessing it has something to do with the spring update.
