My character cant look down

Summarize your bug My character is always looking up and I've tried everything to fix it.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not quite sure because I don't know how it's happening to me
What happens when the bug occurs? my character is locked looking straight up and I cannot look down I can look left and right though and it happens in every game mode
What do you expect to see? I expect to have a game be playable when I buy it.

According to your DXDiag your PC is still reading it as an input source. It's possible that your Registry still has an entry for it that may need to be removed or it's left behind a .dll file that's causing this.
