My characters levels reset

Question

I have tried restarting my game, deleting and reinstalling my game. And nothing changed. I am still level 1 on every character. Is anyone else having problems with this?

I saw a post the other day where someone decided to get back into the game, but their years old account had been reset, despite their account still saying it's years old
