Event Viewer - check those Application Error logs and get back to me with them. Screenshots are recommended.
I’m in the same boat. Currently trying to run the game on an Inspiron 3493 with these specs -
- i5 10th gen processor
- Intel UHD/GeForce MX250 GPU
- 4gb of ram
Which is enough for productivity and stuff, but I got Battlefront and I’m trying to maximize performance! Though it becomes HOT. Earlier in a HvV match my Desktop Window Manager crashed. Maybe because I was recording via Game Bar
Just now, I got on to a game of Co-Op with decent performance, though very stuttery (I can tell when Taskbar reloads icons - Definitely a RAM thing!)
I’ll try to run BF2 on intel GPU tomorrow, getting late here.
Shows you don’t really need a good gaming computer to play Battlefront, imo
Do we have to add more ram on the pc or is it the game's problem for this?

8gb ram is the minimum required for the game, so it’s okay.
Most likely the games problem here.

Reporting back about the BF2 on Intel Gpu, and it runs like a dream! On 100% resolution scale and on Ultra! Loading times were also a breeze. 60fps all ‘round. On battery.
Since this is somewhat related to the question, how long are you able to play until the game CTDs?
i can only play kamino even though that can stutter a bit. But most of the maps i played on CTDs crashed around 5-10 mins (sometimes at the start of the match on bots)
I don't know how to upload the crash logs in this because it has the mdmp file(i tried)
It kept crashing just now and it is very annoying that i can't play
