My game keeps crashing on instant action and multiplayer while playing the game

Igfx are intel drivers. It’s the drivers

Have you updated them in recent times? Do you have option to roll back? Did you download your drivers through Acer Website?

also did your screen black out then when it comes back on, the game disappears?

Yes, for me the screen freezes but the sound keeps on for a few seconds then it blacks out and the game disappear just after...
