My heroes are weak AF

Now, I am not the best player on earth. By far. But I am noticing that my hero characters (no matter which one) seem to deal far less damage than the other heroes, even those who are level 3 or 6. I have repeatedly had my hero character’s health drop 500 points instantly from a single blaster bolt or lightsaber swipe. I have to hit someone nonstop for over a minute to kill a fully healthy hero with Palpatine. IE I cannot kill anyone with Palpatine unless they’re horribly injured already.

in addition, my abilities routinely do not activate when triggered. Or they do activate and the enemies within their area of effect go inexplicably unaffected. I have used Obi Wan’s mind trick and had the affected enemy hero immediately use an ability despite the fact that they shouldn’t be able to do.

is it just me? Anyone else having problems with their heroes and/or specialist characters seeming to be weak as hell? I don’t have video or proof, but it’s just been going on and on and on. I had my level 26 Yoda die from a single lightning stun burst from Count Dooku just now. I had 600 health, then he fired and it was down to 50.

    Yeah. This keeps happening. I get hit for hundreds of HP by literally one shot or slash. Abilities not working. Vader is impervious to Obi wans mind trick. Anyone? Admins?

    I've seen lag spikes doing that, but they are usually followed by a temporary lag message.

    If you can bring footage of your issue, that will make it easier for us here to try to understand what's going on and maybe find a fix for you, or at least make a more detailed report so DICE can fix your issue themselves.

    I'm someone who has played mainly heroes v villains since launch and I feel for new players because right now heroes v villains is at its worst state. There's a lot of no hit registering going on that could be down to lag or just the game being buggy itself which might be why you're not dealing as much damage. Also a lot of the gameplay is inconsistent (abiltiies, block, dodge, roll etc) and some of these issues could also be why you're not dealing as much damage. If you've been getting wiped by Rey and Obi players and you think they're dealing crazy damage it's because they both have a stamina glitch that depletes all your stamina. Obi also has an 80% damage reduction bug that I'm noticing a lot of players doing recently so maybe that's another thing you're seeing. The only reason I can think you're getting more damage dealt to you than you think you should be is you're getting hit by more than 1 ability but the lag doesn't show it? I would like to add I watch a lot of people stream heroes v villains and literally everyone is having these exact same issues so you're not alone
