My profil got deleted and returned to zero

I haven't play for long time since i didn't have time but i bought the game when it first released and played for about a year. Now I signed again and my profil looks like i Haven't play never and im 0 level. Also is says to buy the game and I can't download it. It's not free for me, but i bought the game when it released
