We are having the same issues. I bought this game for my son. His account is set up to have unlimited Xbox access, but this game will not let him play online. Please fix this. My son saved his own money to buy a new Xbox 1 X and was so excited that he was able buy it the week it was released. Not being able to play this game online is ruining this for him. I reserved a copy of the game in September and he has been looking forward to getting to play it ever since. I have checked and rechecked all our settings with Microsoft and Xbox. This IS an EA problem! Please at least acknowledge this and start working on a fix.
