In Arcade Offline my friendly A.I. are getting stuck out of bounds and the enemy A.I. can not find them or shoot them so it ruins the game.
You're probably right, it isn't a priority which is just a shame. All of us have spent our money on this game and it has never worked correctly. The issue with the friendly A.I. only spawning and respawning as Assault Class Troopers in Arcade Team Battle 2 vs 2 or 4 vs 4 has been going on since launch. It totally ruins the experience of playing. Not only are the bots not correct, but with a team of 3+ Assault Class Troopers vs a random team, the Assault has the advantage because they are stronger than the other characters. It would be nice to have a game that worked correctly, especailly since the Arcade offline stuff will be the only thing to survive once everyone stops playing online.
The fact that this bug never gets addressed, along with the A.I. now respawning out of bounds on Jakku and the repulsor cannon for the specialist being completely useless is dishearting to say the least. It has become impossible to enjoy offline arcade. I think in the update that comes out tomorrow I saw where they fixed something on the ceiling on Kamino and not long ago they fixed the eye color of a character. So, they will take time to fix someone's eye color, but they won't take the time to fix actually gameplay bugs? I just can not understand their thinking.
Thanks again for posting dhines671. Hopefully these issues will be addressed. I really hope at somepoint I will be able to play and enjoy this game. It's been almost two years since I've had it so my hope isn't high.
Just a quick update. I played last night and I am now having two friendly A.I. teammates respwan out of bounds. Last week it was just one that kept doing it.
Still no fix to this bug according to the patch notes. This has been going on for months now and Jakku has become totally unplayable.
