News regarding offline arcade Starfighter Assault

is there any news yet regarding if/when we will get an single player offline arcade starfighter assault? It is much needed

Hey everyone!

I'm bringing great news this time! Starfighter Custom Arcade will soon be added to the game! :eahigh_file:

Starfighter Custom Arcade is where you’ll be able to become acquainted with all the Starfighters in the game. Take on AI and learn skills that will serve you well when you venture into Starfighter Assault and take on some of the best pilots in the galaxy.

We know that this is something a lot of our community have been requesting so we’re incredibly excited to confirm that it’ll be available as soon as Season Two starts on May 16.

My six year old son wants vehicles and walkers added to Arcade mode. Star fighter assault would be great too since I don't let him play in live matches.

Unfortunately, I have no information if this mode will be available in offline play against AI ☹️

I will provide your feedback to our developers and come back to you if I hear any news about this.

Hello EA before I start I would like to say star wars battlefront 1 and 2 were extremely fun to play. The thing is I have one suggestion for 2. Is there any way in a future update that you can add offline space battle again? I thought this was a very fun thing to do in the first one considering my internet is very slow. I would like to this again in the second game; and it would be better because there are now diffrent ships to pick from. Please respond.

Ya I have wanted to play Star fighter assault in arcade as well because that would give us a chance to experiment with different star fighters and practice different maps or play maps that we like.

Hey everyone!

Just a small update on this!

Unfortunately, I don't have any dates to share yet, but you should know that developers are actively looking into adding this game mode into Arcade. It was mentioned in our Q&A in the Community Transmission: Night on Endor post on reddit.

Q) Many people would love to see Starfighter Assault get added to Arcade, is this something we can expect in the future?

A) We share the same love for Starfighter Assault, as a lot of our Community do. While we have nothing to announce in terms of dates, this is something we are actively looking at.
