No daily crates for Battlefront 2

Hi there,

I've been send here from Case Details: 51255727. I have had no success getting my daily reward crates on Star Wars: Battlefront 2 and the support staff or specialist team were unable to help me and send me here (that was after making me reinstall origin and there was a bug and I lost all of my installed games, so I had to 
reintall 100GB worth of games when I have an internet limit of 750GB a month I can never stay under as it is.) So now I just have to hope the support staff for this can find it and the developers can help me somehow, I suppose, while I continue day by day to miss out on my daily crates. 🙂 

"We have tried our best to get this fixed. However the specialist team asked you to post it on our forums so that our community team can look into it."

    Hey @LordMilitus 

    The daily crates were permanently removed from the game in the latest Cooperation Update. You can find it being mentioned in its release notes:

    • Daily Crates have been removed. In order to offer the same Credit payout on a daily basis, we will be expanding Daily Quests from 3 to 4 in a future update.

    That does seem like something two different support agents should've been able to tell me :') Thank you so much. I did all of that nonsense for nothing. Lost so much of my data usage for nothing. Sigh. Thank you!

    Thank you for that, I contacted chat support and the Agent (Amit) was not able to tell me this, as a matter of fact he took 40 mnts of my time just to tell me the "Specialist" were going to have a look into that. It seems they are not familiar with the updates information. 

    Thank you though for your answer, it helped me too.

    Aah, the good old days. The only crate I have right now is a BB-9E crate I haven’t opened yet

    Unloaded all my dailies before they were removed for the credits (250 credits IIRC)

    @skywalker2454 25 is FAR too small for a game like the Battlefronts or Fallen Order, the only game you would be able to download is squadrons (22gb IIRC)

    Goes to show that with games getting bigger and bigger with each new gen data caps are becoming more and more useless...

    If you have any issues with SWBF2 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
