No hero crate

Where's the hero crate gone and all the other ones??? Have only got the daily crate option. Please help

I realised that I really used misleading wording in my last post, so I'm sorry for simply providing wrong information earlier 😞

Thanks for bringing this up, so I can clear things up now:

- Star Cards, or any other item impacting gameplay, will only be earned through gameplay and will not be available for purchase.

- Crates are earned by logging in daily, completing Milestones, and through timed challenges. Inside of these crates, you'll find Credits or cosmetic items, such as emotes or victory poses, but nothing that impacts gameplay.

- The latest update (Night on Endor) brought back Crystals, which can be purchased with real money.

- Crystals and Credits can be used to purchase cosmetic items. They are not included in any crates. You know what cosmetic item you're buying.

Again, I'm sorry for misleading you with my first answer!

Don't worry! Other crates will be back once the new system will be fully implemented in the game 🙂 For now you cannot use credits or any other currency to buy anything in the game. It's going to be introduced (or rather brought back) in the next big patch in April.

So, there was a patch yesterday (04/18) but still no crates other than the daily, which is only giving me 500 credits each time - no star cards or anything else. This puts us new players at a big disadvantage when we can't advance like everyone else already had.

Is there supposed to be another update this month? It's getting frustrating.

So if star cards and other items that impact gameplay are now only available via milestones, when do you plan to revert all players back to level 1 so that everyone starts on equal ground, since you've completely overhauled and changed the game's advancement system?

Or should I just get my money back for the game since it's now massively disadvantage for new players who never got to benefit from the previous system? It's obvious the previous system was massively flawed, to require such a complete overhaul.

Right now it's unbelievably frustrating to be a new player versus those with maxed out skill thanks to the old system. Being repeatedly one-hit killed while the 4-5 shots I landed seemingly did nothing to my opponent is ridiculous, and now you've pretty much guaranteed this to be the norm by not equalizing the playing field after inherently changing the way it all worked.
