Yes, indeed I had a controller (stratus xl / delivered with the pc) connected. The controllers are disconnected by now. Do you propose anything to isolate the Problem further?

You could try going into control panel and device manager and disabling the driver for the controller. The computer may be looking to use it for the SA part of the game. You will always be able to restore it, but it might help. Remember to shut down, wait 20 seconds and restart after disabling before launching the game. GLHFHey & thanks @Major-Band1t
Unfortunately disabling the bluetooth based controllers changed nothing. No mouse ...
As I own very new material it is frustrating..
