I started playing about 2months ago and usually play about 1-2 hours most nights. I also mostly okay galactic assault and heroes vs villians. I am aware that Naboo is a map because it is in YouTube videos and in a battle scenario in the arcade but I am yet to play this map in either game mode.

Naboo should be playable in GA. The match rotation makes it sometimes really hard to get a map you want. In the past year, I've played more Jakku and Kashyyyk than any other map. There is nothing you can do about it, unless you are willing to spend hours playing to fully cycle through the rotation. I would advise just join GA at random times and see if you can get naboo 😞
For HvV, there is a different type of map on Naboo. It is not the throne room or something like that, but there is a map in the hanger (and power generator chamber). You can get this map by playing HvV and I am pretty sure it is in the rotation since I've just played on it. You can recognize it by the big white infinite beams in a dark chamber and it makes you feel like a Jedi.
