What is your time zone? EAT - GMT + 3:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just literally look for palpatine! I can't find him anywhere.
What happens when the bug occurs? Palpatine is just gone. Collection Menu, Arcade, Multiplayer. JUST GONE.
What do you expect to see? I just want you to fix it as soon as you can because Palpatine is one of my favorite characters.

Palpatine was unselectable in HvV (No Hero Selected, Starting As Random Hero). I restarted the game, and there was NO PALPATINE ANYWHERE.
Unfortunately, we made a tough decision to remove Palpatine from the game temporarily until a hotfix, which fixes his many issues, will be provided.
