I've done both scans and both ran smoothly with no error findings. "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.". So it is definetely a game issue, nothing to do with my OS nor my hardware.
I doubt that this is a game problem.
There are enough sound related errors in your DxDiag, so this is most probably a Windows issue.
The problem is to find the culprit.
Asked before: Did you run the Windows Sound diagnostics for several times?
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Copy and past or type "services.msc" (without the quotes) > ENTER
- Look for the "Windows Audio" service.
- Right click the "Windows Audio" service and choose "Properties"
- Click on the ""Dependencies" tab. > You will see "This service depends on the following system components" > expand all.
- Also expand "This system components depends on the following service"
- Look in the main "Services" window if all this services are labelled as "Started"
- If yes, start the game, ALT TAB out and look if this services are still running.
Furthermore, please preform a clean boot and test the Game afterwards.
If that don't helps:
- Create a new Windows user account (Administrator)
- Reboot > Log in to the new account > Test.
