No store icon for Battlefront 2 home screen; should be bottom left, right?

Help? On the bottom left of my home screen for BF2 it says "Unopened Crates" with a new one rotating in every 4 hours or so. I have played 2 days worth of this game, have 25,000+ credits, 25 crystals...

    Hey @PalavensWrath24

    Don't worry about your crystals and credits for now 🙂

    You will be able to use them to purchase cosmetic items once this feature will be introduced in the next game update this month.

    Can I ask with what exactly do you have the problem? You cannot see the store icon or you're unable to use credits? 🤔

      Hi , yes i have this problem . I have  daly boxes ONLY ,  i dont have store icon . (Xbox one platform)

      We can't see the shop icon. Where is the shop? There, is that easier to answer?
