I had just gotten a ps4 pro battlefront 2 edition for the holidays, I have this issue playing battlefront 2, initially I had the power cord plugged into a power strip so I figured maybe it didn't correctly work so I plugged it in to the wall outlet, it stopped making the whine during every screen but then it especially whined during loading screens but only loading screens, I also have fifa 18, I notice a noise but not as intense as battlefront 2, after closing the fifa application the noise goes completely away, I also have battlefield 1, it seems that it also has a whine, not nearly as intense as battlefront 2 but more so than fifa, as battlefield 1 loads and plays the initial cutscene there really isn't any noise, as you load into the game the noise then proceeds, similar to fifa, the initial game they have you play before setup, the cutscene is fine but when gameplay occurs it proceeds to make noise, I hope this helps! The noise is different from the fan as I can hear the fan change pitch when it runs and when it slows down while the persistent whine is still there and noticeably different
