Not able to hear character voices

Hello everyone. When i play star wars battlefront 2 i can hear all the sound exept the voices from the story line charactes for exampel Darth Vader or Yoda or those people in the top left corner. What can i do to fix this???

    @vino3480 Hey, what system are you on? It sounds like you're trying to use a 3-speaker/surround sound output when you're using 2 speakers/headphones. 

    Check your sound setttings/try toggling to stereo then please check again.
