Not able to login to Star Wars Battlefront EA companion app with new EA account

Hey everyone!

SO I created a new EA account for star wars battlefront EA on xbox and I am not able to login to the star wars battlefront EA companion app at https://api.battlefront.dice.se

I get the error signing in message when trying to do so. I have tried multiple web browsers like edge, IE, and firefox but they all gave me the same error.

Was just wondering if there is a known issue or some account related thing going on that could get this fixed
