Can you bring any footage on this issue? It's not the first time I've seen a report like this, but last time I couldn't even understand what was happening.
Also, what exactly do you mean by not being able to look 360? Do you move the mouse to rotate your camera and it can't pass a certain point? The more you can explain the issue the better
I have the same problem and I have no idea how to fix it, everything works perfectly normal but the screen just stops moving at around a 90 degree window
See if you have Discord's Gaming Overlay Enabled and if so, disable it.
