Not being able to connect to multiplayer games (firewall problem)

I am unable to connect to the mulitiplayer games, it says i am "connected" but cannot join a game, goes to the loading screen... then says I have disconnected. I know that ports are an issue, but I also need a website address. I.e. for SW BF 2015 it was easo.ea.com, what is it for SW BF II 2017?
