Not Received Yoda Mastery Card

Is anyone having the same problem I pre ordered Star Wars Battlefront 2 Elite Trooper Edition but haven't received a code from the shop? But I can unlock it in game so does that mean I have it? It don...

I've got the same problem also, I also pre-ordered from Amazon, I got my beta code no problem but I haven't received my Instant access to Yoda’s epic tier Lightsaber Mastery Star Card. Will they be emailing the code's for this separately?

Your guess is as good as mine. I don’t know if this is something the retailer supplies or if it’s something we’re given during the game at some point. Either way a warning or some sort of notice as to what’s going on would have been nice. If I get anything come up il make sure I leave a message on here to help any of you that’s having the same problem. And obviously if any of you have a solution then any help would be massively appreciated

Well i spoke to someone at EA they said they can't do anything and to ring the store to get the code which I done but still didn't receive it. So is it just if you pre order digitality and then you receive it? Its confusing and annoying especially if your spent £50 to £80

  No it’s nothing you’ve done, it’s we’ve been conned out of something we were promised if that is the case. No matter how big or small it may be, we were promised certain items as an incentive to pre order the game. They haven’t fulfilled that and in my eyes we’ve been mis sold something. I know it’s just a star card but a lot of people have spent a lot of money to have those extras and I don’t think it’s right that no one wants to either take responsibility or just solve the problem. The problem as well is everyone is so quick to take our hard earned money, but any after care once the initial sale is done is nil. Hopefully you’ll get an actual answer and get your code. Doesn’t look promising for any of us though. Sorry for the rant it just frustrates me when no one wants to help when people put a lot of money into a game and don’t get what they’ve payed for. If anyone does find out anything different though let us know what you did. And myself il be sure to let you guys know what I did if I do get anything

    I exactly agree with you and it weren't a rant mate it's was honesty! Had the same problem with Game they falsely advertise something and they won't pay me back so I was conned out of £90. They just don't wanna know your problems but if it one of there's we have to wait for them it's wrong! Hopefully we do get what we paid for and a solution comes out this, if not it's gonna be a lot of complaints heading there way!
