No it’s nothing you’ve done, it’s we’ve been conned out of something we were promised if that is the case. No matter how big or small it may be, we were promised certain items as an incentive to pre order the game. They haven’t fulfilled that and in my eyes we’ve been mis sold something. I know it’s just a star card but a lot of people have spent a lot of money to have those extras and I don’t think it’s right that no one wants to either take responsibility or just solve the problem. The problem as well is everyone is so quick to take our hard earned money, but any after care once the initial sale is done is nil. Hopefully you’ll get an actual answer and get your code. Doesn’t look promising for any of us though. Sorry for the rant it just frustrates me when no one wants to help when people put a lot of money into a game and don’t get what they’ve payed for. If anyone does find out anything different though let us know what you did. And myself il be sure to let you guys know what I did if I do get anything
I exactly agree with you and it weren't a rant mate it's was honesty! Had the same problem with Game they falsely advertise something and they won't pay me back so I was conned out of £90. They just don't wanna know your problems but if it one of there's we have to wait for them it's wrong! Hopefully we do get what we paid for and a solution comes out this, if not it's gonna be a lot of complaints heading there way!
- ApprovedYou would think they’d want a smooth as possible launch considering all the controversy they’ve already had with the backlash of loot crates and the cost of hero unlocks that’s caused a lot of people to actually cancel their pre orders. It just frustrates me, this has been one of the most anticipated games of the year for me, and at first it looked like it was going to answer a lot of the problems people and myself had with the 2015 version. But as launch has got closer more and more little things that have crept out and came out of no where it has just killed any hype for this game and left it where a lot of people are actually fighting against it. I know our actual problem is relatively small compared to the other things that have come up, but none the less it’s yet another problem to add to the tally. It’s like they’ve taken 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. The gameplay is really good and from what I’ve played so far it is improved. But with the loot crates which are not needed, that is purely a cash grab from players, and now other problems like this where players who have ordered the game early aren’t given what they are promised. I feel for the people who make these games because they must have the worst job at the moment and a head ache with all the critisism, but maybe they need to speak with their superiors and tell them to start making some serious changes. I don’t believe it’s the devs that want to put these things in and probably want the players who support their game to get extras for the support. But the superiors only see the €$£ signs and that’s all they actually care about

I bought my physical copy from ShopTo and had my bonus codes weeks ago.
