Hey guy's I contacted https://help.ea.com/en/ and told them that I had pre-ordered Star Wars Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition from Amazon and they sorted out the problem.
They gave me a code to use for the Yoda’s epic tier Lightsaber Mastery Star Card, all I had to do was provide confirmation that I had pre-ordered.
I'd recommend that you guy's who haven't received your code to get in contact with them.
The advisor that I was on live chat with was very helpful.

- Squirrel you misread it i was on about another game which I got conned £90 out of. And Inssomniak that's strange EA gave you the code cos I spoke to them and they said they couldn't help even when I showed them proof of the pre order. It's like one wants to help but the other don't

Just got off the live chat from EA and I wish I could say my experience were the same...The person I were speaking to was nothing but sarcastic and rude. I explained my problem and I was polite about it, but basically I was told to wait until the 17th and I explained that I had someone who had advised me to go speak to you again because you helped me and the response was ‘WELL’ ‘that was an error’ as if basically you’d given me wrong information. I have pictures of this conversation, but funnily enough it won’t allow me to upload the picture as it’s ‘too big’ apparently lol. So yeah fun times here. Glad you got your code though. At least one of us sorted it and thanks again for trying to help us out- ApprovedHey guys, just a quick update on everything. I have just received an email from amazon with the code for the star card. My guess would be that anyone who has pre ordered will receive their code through email by whoever you bought the game from. Hope this helps and give everyone some clarification. See you all on the battlefield.
