Sorry to directly mention you in a random post, but you're the one who seems to be the most active on these forums.
Could you inquire and gather any information about these problems? Everything is listed nicely in the initial post. Are these even being looked into, were they ever? This topic is from November - that's when the game launched, and almost a year has passed. All of these reveal bugs are still present.
In fact, the only reveal ability that's never been bugged (to my knowledge) is Rey's Insight. Everything else just can be placed on a scale of how bugged it is - like the never-working Scan Dart, or the rarely-bugged Night Sniper, lol.
