Update on Bossk. I've tried him out twice in GA for a longer time to see if the bug occurs. I can tell that it has definitely been improved, but it's not 100% perfection.
Basically, night vision reveals a lot of enemies, but a few times, I've seen players that didn't get marked with the overlay (and thus be incredibly hard to see for Bossk). I've recorded some footages which make it very clear that it hasn't been completely solved.
One match was pretty long and I used the ability many times, got a 54 killstreak lol. These are the more enjoyable kind of tests.

Well, before yesterday's Dooku's Patch, I was still experiencing this with the Specialist's Infiltration ability and with Boba's Scan, but I can't say about the others as I rarely touhed them. Rey's Insight never ever failed, it was never a part of this BUG AFAIK, as I've been using her regularly since launch and I've never experienced this at all.
Now, after January's 23rd Patch Update, I tested Boba Fett and he is still with this BUG (didn't test any others though). In Boba's case we have the enemies not showing in radar BUG (just like with the Specialist's Infiltration), but also the yellow-orange outline not being properly applied at all (and seemingly independent of the enemies not showing in radar BUG).
