Hey, sorry - as it has been mentioned before me, the tag is not visible anywhere (except emails, which I rarely check...), so I didn't notice your question.
It doesn't seem like that any fix or improvement was made. I could write a list, from "rarely ever bugged" to "100% useless":
Lando's blaster > Bossk's vision > Boba's reveal (map) > Boba's reveal ("wallhack") & Binoculars > Scan Dart.
I've played a lot as Lando, and it was extremely rare to see his blaster bugged. Same for Bossk, but it happened a lot more, and it's also more problematic, since you tend to activate that ability to get out of a sticky situation - blindness does not help with that. With Boba's reveal, it seems like that the minimap markers are more reliable than the actual wallhack-like reveal, the latter rarely ever works for me.
Couldn't really decide where to put the binos: I don't really use them, but I've noticed them to be bugged quite a lot of times out of those occasions.
And then there is the Scan Dart: that's just 100% bugged, at this point I would just simply remove it from the game and replace it with something else.
It also happened to me with the Specialist Infiltration not showing enemies on radar and with Lando's scope not applying the night vision overlay on enemy units after January's Hotfix Patch
