Not working: Thermal Binoculars, Scan Dart, NV optics, Boba Fett, Lando, Bossk

I just tested some things myself.

HvV

• I tried out Boba Fett's scan, and it is pretty broken. Sometimes the scan doesn't appear and doesn't reveal enemies. Sometimes the scan doesn't appear but enemies are scanned. Sometimes the opposite... 
• Reys insight worked 100% of the time. No problem at all.

Blast

• I tried the scan dart of the assault and had no problems with it. The enemies were highlighted good and were revealed on the radar. This test wast performed with the extended duration star card.

GA

• The specialist's thermal binoculars are broken. They really work like 60% of the time. In one life, it sometimes did look through walls and 1 minute later it didn't look through walls. No wonder no one is using it.
• The specialist infiltration ability is far more reliable and reveals everyone the whole time. I couldn't get it to not work, but I've had problems with it after the Grievous update, so I am still unsure about this one.
• I tested the scan dart of the assault and it worked perfectly, even after usage in the same life for like 6 times in a very busy environment. It didn't fail once. This test was performed without any star cards affecting the ability.

Still, need to test Lando's reveal and Bossk in GA. Will be back later with more results.
