Hello everyone! It seems that this bug has some update since the patch notes for tomorrows update (27-02-2019) included:
> Fixed a visual issue where target outlines would occasionally not show correctly when using the Thermal Binoculars as an Officer.
This is promising since it is one of the first times actually naming this bug, but the way that it is written is kind of weird. How could the Thermal Binoculars be equipped on an Officer?
Anyways, if you use any of the abilities described in this thread and see any improvement or notice the bug is still there, please comment to this thread!

I hope so! I played with assault 2 days ago and the scan dart didn't work. Then after dying because of that I got the specialist and then Infiltration didnt show any enemies.
