You seem to find the Advanced Target Lock not working as you are expecting, but from your post I cannot really understand what you mean.
Just to note: your video is made private or has been removed. We are not able to watch it!
Is it possible to upload the video again or change the settings? It is important for the developers to know exactly what you mean and what you expect, so if you can, try to answer these questions:
1) What do you think the Advanced Target Lock should do?
2) What does it do wrong now?
3) Is it doing wrong the whole time, or just a few times?
4) Do you know if this happens in multiplayer as well?
