Again, it is really chaotic, but pay attention from 0:18 when the push cooldown is over. I activate it shortly after, and nothing happens.I'll try to record a more visible instance of the bug later, because this might have happened due to Obi-Wan being staggered - though that's another problem with the game: when you get interrupted during power use (with any character), the power goes into cooldown without actually having an effect. And even if this was the case in the video, many times a fully charged & released push is ignored by targets.

I like all the video stuff you add just putting that out there. I feel you pain, however, this is an interruption. Vader hits you during activation..it interrupts. Happens to several characters, the Emperor's lightning stun is the first one that comes to mind.Still, there is a bug, or a priority issue because like other video's you have posted elsewhere there are times Obi-wan's push doesn't work. Or times when push is overridden by other abilities regardless if push activated first. Vader, Kylo and Maul's abilities all seem to activate through Obi-wan's. I have been hit by their abilities through mind trick and push more times than i can count.

I also have this problem. Makes Obi really not good to use.I think also his mindtrick doesnt work sometimes. I had an Iden freezing me despite being mindtricked. POSSIBLY all mindtricked persons should be outlined so you know it worked.

Right, and I would venture to guess this is what happens often. Be it Lag or simply timing, Mind trick isn't canceling an ability that has been used. Which is fine.I'm sure there is a way to test it but it would also seem Obi-wan's mind trick doesn't actually activate until the end of the animation. Meaning it has a slight delay and in the face of something like Maul's Choke that, little delay, compounded with lag feels like Mind trick is failing. Interesting because Rey's mind trick used to also cancel abilities and it was very strong to the point it was changed.I've also had much more success holding the button until All-out Push is activated, as well as, using the decreased charge-up time card, (Quickened Focus).

@SuperGeneralJoeYup, as I said, that video might not be the best example - though I really don't think that an interrupted (and therefore ineffective and disregarded) ability should go into cooldown.But I've had it happen the way it happens with Luke and Kylo - with the whole animation and sound playing, hit marker displayed, but no real effect on target.And yes, I've also noticed problems with Mind Trick. Even after the ability's activation seems completed, people use their abilities.

I'll keep an eye out. I haven't played much, but I did not notice the push bug.
(Though if it is cancelled by an opponent, it still goes into cooldown, as does any other ability, which is a bad gameplay decision IMO.)

@EA_Atic I can confirm that success rate with all out push has definitely increased but is still not 100%. Also today I used all out push on Vader and a load of troopers, well within target area, one trooper in front of Vader immediately eliminated, Vader however was standing in front of the rest with a couple standing to his left hand side about level and just behind, Vader blocked, was staggered but none of the other troopers were affected by the push. Is this intentional? It's understandable the ones behind him were unaffected but the ones next to him not directly behind his force block should surely have been hit should they not?

Obi Wan force push doesn't work half the time for me and i even try and use it when enemy's aren't even facing me or they're battling teammates and it just doesn't do anything 50% of the time. This has only been happening to me since the last update

I agree. The push is maybe 75% accurate which is a lot better than the less than 1% it was before. Why don't you just have the range lines light up when it is accurate so people know when to press the button? Don't get me wrong, I went from 6 push kills for the milestone for most of December to getting the remaining 24 needed today. There were still a number of times where the push didn't kill or it went right through the trooper.

Same issues with Obi-wan mind trick. Vader able to force choke, Kylo freeze, Maul throw, Palpatine shock, Grievous claw rushing, etc.
All mentioned were tricked, highlighted with white outline, and used their abilities immediately after the mind trick was activated.

All out push is still flighty. It's not dependable at all.
Also there's a glitch in the sound and vibrations of it. It will continue with the sound and effects when "loading up the push" ...and it won't fire a push, but will go into cooldown mode. The sounds of the load up and vibrations in the controller continue to happen until the push is ready again.
