Obi-Wan's Mind Trick not working on heroes

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 20:15
In what game mode did the bug occur? Jetpack Cargo
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play co-op mode (not jetpack cargo) and use Kenobi's Mind Trick against any villain
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, they can still use their abilities
What do you expect to see? Would be nice to have it fixed so that it works.

This applies for Co-op mode, not jetpack cargo.

Whenever I use Kenobi's Restrictive Mind Trick, on enemy heroes, it's as if it wasn't used at all.  They will literally use an ability seconds later, far to quick for mind trick to have worn off.

    Care to update the list of modes in this game for the BUG reporting form? Now there won't be any new ones anyway, and Co-Op doesn't have one yet as can be seen in this report.

    No doesn't work. Simple as that. Makes no difference at all using Restrictive Mind Trick on AI heroes. Has been an issue since they introduced AI heroes, already has previous reports here about it, but devs never ever acknowledged this issue.

    And now we can say it'll remain forever, so just don't use it in Co-Op.
