Same here, for PS4.

When my Specialist Class (sniper) ranked up from 57 to 58 just now he did not gain a Skill Point.

I know we can convert parts into Skill Points but we should not have to because the whole point of the big change to the progression system months ago was to award Skill Points for ranking up.

    Fixed - did not get the skill points owed to my Specialist class but am now able to earn them again.
