With Origin Access you should have been able to play starting 11/9 for up to 10 hours. Those 10 hours can be used up to the release date of 11/17.
If you already played for 10 hours, you need to wait until 11/17 to play some more. If you did not, contact EA support.
Deluxe Trooper addition let's anyone who owns it (e.g. not an Origin Access member) play starting 11/14 with no time limit.

Entered my code for early access to the game, It took the code and said my game we be available in "MY GAMES" when available, still no game. Did the early access really begin on 11/14? How do I get my game?

you are wrong. Early access with the deluxe package began on the 14th. 3 days earlier than the official release.
