Origin profile picture doesn't load

Playing since the beta of the game, and since that in the main menu on top left, where is supposed to be my origin picture and my friends pictures too, it doesn't load the picture, it's just a image with star wars battlefront 2 style. It's not a major problem, but it's kinda annoying

    Hey, I think I fixed it.

    Today I really needed to change the name of the user of my PC, on the C:\Users folder, because my user was "André" and it has a special character, and some aplications doesn't work correctly on windows, including the Plants vs zombie battle for neighborville (I did see that the game doesn't work if your user has special character).

    So, after changed my user to "Andre" correctly, I just opened the game to play, and now it shows the picture of origin profiles of everyone.

    So, after all I think that origin and some games doesn't work correctly if your user name in C:\Users has some special character, and here's my suggestion to check it out

    I don't get it why a connective guide for my problem, but from that guide what I tried:

    Restart your router; Try a different Domain Name System (DNS) and Test your connection end-to-end (basically, everything), with that last I used the program untill 30 pkts, and get either 0% or 100% loss, but seems normal. But still the same, the game doesn't show the origin picture profile in the bar, only if I see the profile in the origin overlay
