Yes, Palpatine has been mentioned in the patch notes quite often 😳 Even in the latest release notes...
However, we're still getting mixed reports about his abilities. I'd be very grateful if you could check how the Emperor is doing after today's update and let me know if he's still broken.

You got it, Ataashi. Here's a new video post-patch showing the same behaviors as yesterday, except for the fact that Palpatine is now able to attack more frequently due to the fact that his stamina recovery has been increased.
He still appears nerfed. He still produces low damage to heroes.
