Palpatine's Main Ability Hits Everyone without Aiming

Sometimes I have family or friends over with their kids and they want to play on my XBOX One X and this is the guy I give them in Arcade mode. The little kids love him because you don't have to aim at all. Just press fire and watch the bodies pile up. WAY TOO OVERPOWERED. I'll check after today's patch, but I have doubts.

Don't get me wrong. I love the Sith Lord, but wow he is hard to avoid getting killed by when you are playing on the Rebel side.
