Party cannot connect to server

Summarize your bug I have a party of two, we search for a game. One of us will join the game and the other will get a fail to connect error. Based on what I've read, this seems like an ongoing issue that no one has fixed. I am posting this here in hopes that someone has any ideas or workarounds to my problem because if I can't enjoy the game with my friends then it is pointless for this game to even be multiplayer. I have not tried this for all play modes. In my instance this happened for Capital Supremacy, Galactic Assault, and Starfighter Assult.
