From what I can tell it seems to be specific servers that have the issue.
I am from South Africa and used to select EU ping locations(mostly Germany) and that was for the most part playable.
Now I it only works when playing against SA locations or US. Seems like EU ping locations are dodgy.
Even when you´ve selcted Germany as datacenter and it doesnt make sure you´ll get connected to a EU server. 2 days ago (afternoon EU time aka gaming primetime), the match making algo forced me into a US virginia server with 100ms latency, instead of 10 - 30ms GER/UK/IE latency. GG!
