Well that makes three, at least those willing to comment on the subject. As you can see, this post has fallen to the "DEAF" ears of the community to even acknowledge the issue.

And since there are no replies whatsoever from the EA Community and no change to the condition of Collection Menu. This can only show that for the past seventeen days my post had been either ignored.  Other than it is a complete oversight since it has been on the home screen of the Technical Issues page every day.

As it is visible to the forum, I have been and shall be replying to this thread every day until it is answered.

Hey @mysweetescape13 I have read this a few times and I really seem to be missing the point of the issue you are having. The only thing I can see is missing the customise option. Is that what you are missing or?

Go back and look at the screenshots.  Those screens used to have a bar showing your progress to the next unlock for each hero/villian or trooper type right below the name of the trooper type or hero/villian (On the first screen shot, it used to be below where it says Assault and directly left of the hologram).  It would have the next milestone (star card level 10 or 20 for example) and what reward you would receive when your star card level reached that (star card slot, a certain emote, etc).

It is by far one of the smaller bugs (unless it was intentionally changed), and I believe I am still receiving the rewards (at least the star card slots have seemed to unlock), but I am not 100% sure.

@EA_Atic If you read this even a few times, it is in the second paragraph. 

I cannot tell specifically if this is simply another bug, glitch, exploit, unknown anaomly, but my entire game changed at Collection Menu.
All Classes: Assault, Heavy, Officer, Specialist, Enforcer, Arial, Armor, Artillery, Speeder, Fighter, Interceptor, Bomber have lost their reward progression. Only a number remains.

Exactly! It is in the screen shots and highly noticeable. I have to have my hdd handy to show you photographs, but in this YouTube - Menu Navigation - Star Wars Battlefront 2 you can watch and see. Starting at time index 6 minutes and 40 seconds, you can clearly see the difference.

And YES it seems if there is such a thing as a "Customize" option that has been or was issued with Update Patch 1.1, I do not have that either.

EA is having issues since 10:48 AM EST hence the yellow bar up top EA online services are having issues. We’re on it. and they are working on resolving that issue as soon as possible. Best suggestion is to goto this site Star Wars Battlefront or this EA Tweet
